The Christmas Party was also the culminating event of the 58th Hamilton Scout Group. Having served the youth of the City since the early 1950s, we do not have enough volunteers to continue on under our own banner. Therefore, as of January 1, 2023, our youth will continue their scouting journey as part of the 31st Hamilton Scout Group. Many thousands of youth have had the opportunity to experience amazing adventures during our nearly 75-years of existence, thanks to the dedication of volunteer leaders - past and present - who have given of their time and resources to make that possible. So from all of us to all of you, thank you for your support and Happy Holidays! ...

Every year in October, Scouting youth in the area give apples to members of the community to thank them for their support. Any donations are gratefully accepted. Due to Covid, Scouting youth have not been able to participate in Apple Day for 2 consecutive years.
So from all of us at the 58th we would like to thank each and every one of you for your support throughout the years.
If you wish to support our local camp (Camp Nemo) through our virtual Apple Day fundraiser, please visit:
